Hello Blogger world! I’ve been lacking in posting to my blog over the last couple months due to increase hrs at work!! Hopefully once things start to settle down and the kids go back to school, I’ll be able to post some of the things I’ve been working on! Sooooo, this little thing above is just one of those recipes that are so simple even an infant could make! 3 ingredients with some added spice it’s just the type of quick summer snack that’s just as easy to make as it is to eat!
2 cups watermelon chunks
1 dragon fruit cut inhalf and scooped out
3 basil leaves
1 teas sea salt
1 teas chili flake
In a food processor, pulse together watermelon, dragon fruit and basil! Pulse till thick and almost “salsa” like. Add salt and chili flake to taste. Chill for in the fridge for 1 hr Serve in some small ramekins or bowls. It’s just “THAT” simple
