These are great if you don’t want to fill up on some greasy potato chips or grabbing some sweets that you have hidden way up in your cabinet! I love these.. Such a great and healthy little snack anytime of day!! If you wanna go “Vegan” on this one, just eliminate the Asiago and you’re good to goooooo!!!
3 cups snap peas
1/4 cup grated Asiago
3 cloves garlic grated
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven at 375
In a bowl add, snap peas, Asiago, garlic, olive oil and salt/pepper. Mix to combine. Place on a baking sheet and roast for about 20-25 mins remove and enjoy. Can’t get any easier than that.
Cooking time: 20-25 mins
