Pepperoni and Salami pizza squares.

If your kids love those little frozen pizza rolls that you get in your neighbor grocery store than they will absolutely “LOVE”‘these. Super easy to make and great for dinner or a quick snack. I have made different variations of these including Broccoli and cheese. Chicken Parmigiano, steak and cheese but, my kids are all about the pepperoni and salami. Great little quick and easy recipe your whole family will enjoy especially the kiddies..

16 wonton wraps
10 slices of pepperoni and salami chopped into very tiny pieces.
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Veg oil for frying

Heat a med sized pot over med high heat and add veg oil to just about the middle of the pot.

Layer 8 wontons wraps on a cutting board. Add pepperoni, salami, shredded mozz in the middle of each wrap. Brush all sides of each wrap with water and lay the remaining 8 ( tops) wraps on top of each filled wrap ( one for each). Pressing down on all side of wraps to close by using the back of a fork to make and secure your squares.
Next place only 3 squares at a time in hot oil making sure to flip each side over after 1 min( 1 min for each side) after all squares are golden, place on a plate and add some extra marinara sauce on the side for extra dipping.

Cooking time; approx 12 mins

Serves 8 peeps( 2 for each)
